I am committed to providing core municipal services to all residents and business owners of the City of Courtenay.

For daily updates on my campaign, follow me on my Facebook Page.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

Ensure the RCMP are supported and given the resources that they need to keep the public and businesses safe.

TRANSPORTATION

Ensure all modes of transportation are supported to safely move people and goods through the City of Courtenay in a timely manner.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

We must be mindful of City Budgets and tax increases on the public and businesses. Getting back to focusing on core City Services and advocating for higher governments to deliver their services and mandates will take the extra financial pressure off of municipalities.

Community Builder

Volunteerism in my community is a priority for me as I feel that supporting local organizations is the best way to ensure a strong future for Courtenay.

Board Member of Comox Valley Economic Development Society (President 2020-2022),
Downtown Courtenay Business Improvement Association Board Member (Past President) 2014-2016, and Member of the Rotary Club of Courtenay (Past President) 2016-2017

Community Contributor

Giving back is important to me and I have worked to fundraise for the following community groups.

Rotary Club of Courtenay, Comox Valley Food Bank, Comox Valley Community Foundation, Comox Valley Search and Rescue, Comox Valley Transition Society, Comox Valley Hospice Society, fundraising for the Special Olympics and many more.

Community Leader

Being a leader in the community has allowed me to work with some amazing organizations and events.

Downtown Courtenay Centennial Street Party, Comox Valley Christmas Parade, Downtown Courtenay Market Days, Basics for Babies - supporting the Comox Valley Food Bank, fundraising for the Comox Water Park, Courtenay Elementary Christmas lunch and fundraising for the new Pickleball courts in Comox.

Through my experience as a community leader and a local business owner, I am prepared to contribute to Courtenay Council in a positive and insightful manner by providing core services to ALL residents and businesses with a fiscally responsible approach.
